Development Program Functions Clause Samples
The 'Development Program Functions' clause defines the specific roles, responsibilities, and activities that are part of a development program within an agreement. It typically outlines the scope of work, milestones, deliverables, and performance standards expected from the parties involved in the development process. For example, it may specify timelines for product development, criteria for evaluating progress, or the allocation of resources. The core practical function of this clause is to ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of their obligations and the expectations for the development program, thereby reducing misunderstandings and facilitating successful project execution.
