Development Progress Reports. Corium shall submit to Xxxx a report (the “Development Progress Report”) summarizing the progress of the development of the Product within ten (10) days following the end of each calendar month.

Such report shall include an updated Development Budget, by quarter, for the remainder of the Development Program for each Product. Development Progress Reports. DGBI shall use its best efforts to develop each Deliverable in accordance with the Specifications. Development Progress Reports. Notwithstanding any reports prepared by the Development Committee during the Term, each party will deliver to the other party annual progress reports regarding such party's research and development activities relating to the Drug and/or the Product, which shall include:
(a) a summary of such party's research and development activities during the preceding calendar year and its anticipated activities in the forthcoming calendar year; and

NEORX will provide DOW with [*] reports (reports to be verbal with one written annual report per year) of its development and registration activity, including submission(s) to REGULATORY AUTHORITIES and APPROVAL(s) in the TERRITORY, until a PRODUCT is commercially launched for NEORX's FIELD in the United States and Europe. Such reports will provide sufficient information to allow the evaluation of at least:
(a) NEORX's preclinical, clinical and registration activities for a PRODUCT;
(b) the relationship of those activities under (a) above to NEORX's development schedule shown for the PRODUCT for the United States and Europe;

Each Party shall submit to the JDC a written report of such Party’s progress under the Development Plan (including by such Party’s Affiliates and Sublicensees) no less frequently than [*****] days after the end of each Calendar Quarter, which report shall include a detailed summary of its Global Clinical Development Activities and Local Clinical Development Activities, as applicable, during the prior Calendar Quarter.
