Common use of Development Report Content Clause in Contracts

Development Report Content. With respect to the Dedication Area, the Development Reports shall include information as to (i) the Xxxxx (each, a “Planned Well”) and Separator Facilities (each, a “Planned Separator Facility”) that Producer expects to drill or install during the applicable Period of Two Years, including the expected locations, completion dates thereof (which completion dates shall not be earlier than the applicable Target On-Line Dates), the expected spud dates of such Planned Xxxxx, and dates flow is anticipated to initiate from such Xxxxx; (ii) the anticipated Oil Quality of the production from any Well and Separator Facility that Producer expects to produce during the applicable Period of Two Years; (iii) the Receipt Points and Delivery Points (including proposed receipt points and delivery points not yet agreed in writing among the Parties) at which Product produced from each Well is to be delivered by or redelivered to Producer during the applicable Period of Two Years; (iv) the number of Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities anticipated to be producing after the Period of Two Years and before the end of the Period of Five Years, broken out by an appropriate geographic area, such as a development plan area; (v) the actual lateral length for each Well described in the Period of Two Years, the anticipated lateral length for each Planned Well described in the Period of Two Years and initial assumptions for the planned lateral length for each Planned Well anticipated to be producing after the Period of Two Years and before the end of the Period of Five Years; (vi) the number of rigs that Producer intends to operate in the Dedication Area each year during the Period of Five Years (including sufficient detail regarding the anticipated location of such rigs to allow Midstream Co to determine which Individual System would be impacted by such rig activity); (vii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date of each frac, the quantity of fresh water required to complete such frac and an indication of the type of frac to be performed (slick, hybrid gel, gel, etc); (viii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date on which Midstream Co may initiate construction or other development activities at the Well or Separator Facility in order to complete the interconnection into the Individual System; and (ix) such other information as may be reasonably requested by Midstream Co with respect to Xxxxx and Separator Facilities that Producer intends to drill or from which Producer intends to deliver Product during the Period of Two Years and Period of Five Years. To the extent possible, any information Producer is required to provide under this Section 3.1(b) with respect to Xxxxx or Separator Facilities shall also include such information related to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities. In addition, if appropriate to provide a complete and accurate Development Report, any information requested with respect to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities shall also be provided with respect to existing Xxxxx or Separator Facilities.

Development Report Content. With respect to the Dedication Area, the Development Reports shall include information as to: (i) the Xxxxx (each, a “Planned Well”) and Separator Facilities (each, a “Planned Separator Facility”) that Producer expects to drill or install during the applicable Period of Two Years, including the expected locations, completion dates thereof (which completion dates shall not be earlier than the applicable Target On-Line Dates), the expected spud dates of such Planned Xxxxx, and dates flow is anticipated to initiate from such Xxxxx; (ii) the anticipated Oil Quality of the production Product content from any Well and Separator Facility that Producer expects to produce during the applicable Period of Two Years; (iii) the Receipt Points and Delivery Points (including proposed receipt points and delivery points not yet agreed in writing among the Parties) at which Product produced from each Well is to be delivered by disposed of or (after completion of the Services related to cleaning, treating and recycling) redelivered to Producer during the applicable Period of Two Years; (iv) the number of Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities anticipated to be producing after the Period of Two Years and before the end of the Period of Five Years, broken out by an appropriate geographic area, such as a development plan area; (v) the actual lateral length for each Well described in the Period of Two Years, the anticipated lateral length for each Planned Well described in the Period of Two Years and initial assumptions for the planned lateral length for each Planned Well anticipated to be producing after the Period of Two Years and before the end of the Period of Five Years; (vi) the number of rigs that Producer intends to operate in the Dedication Area each year during the Period of Five Years (including sufficient detail regarding the anticipated location of such rigs to allow Midstream Co to determine which Individual System would be impacted by such rig activity); (vii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date of each frac, the quantity of fresh water required to complete such frac and an indication of the type of frac to be performed (slick, hybrid gel, gel, etc); (viii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date on which Midstream Co may initiate construction or other development activities at the Well or Separator Facility in order to complete the interconnection into the Individual System; and (ix) such other information as may be reasonably requested by Midstream Co with respect to Xxxxx and Separator Facilities that Producer intends to drill or from which Producer intends to deliver Product during the Period of Two Years and Period of Five Years. To the extent possible, any information Producer is required to provide under this Section 3.1(b) with respect to Xxxxx or Separator Facilities shall also include such information related to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities. In addition, if appropriate to provide a complete and accurate Development Report, any information requested with respect to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities shall also be provided with respect to existing Xxxxx or Separator Facilities.

With respect to the Dedication Area, the Development Reports shall include information as to: (i) the Xxxxx (each, a “Planned Well”) and Separator Facilities (each, a “Planned Separator Facility”) that Producer expects to drill or install during the applicable Period of Two YearsYears (each, a “Planned Well”), including the expected locations, locations and completion dates thereof (which completion dates shall not be earlier than the applicable Target On-Line Dates), the expected spud dates of such Planned Xxxxxthereof, and dates flow is anticipated the earliest date on which Fresh Water will be required for the Purposes at each Planned Well, and the earliest date on which Fresh Water will be required to initiate from such Xxxxxbe stored at a Planned Retention Facility or other storage location; (ii) the anticipated Oil Quality volumes of the production from any Fresh Water that will be required for each Planned Well and Separator Facility the volumes of Fresh Water that Producer expects will be required to produce during the applicable Period of Two Yearsbe stored at each Planned Retention Facility; (iii) the Receipt Points and Delivery Points (including proposed receipt points and delivery points not yet agreed in writing among the Parties) at which Product produced from each Well Fresh Water is to be delivered to or delivered by or redelivered to Producer during the applicable Period of Two Years; (iv) the number of Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities anticipated to be producing after the Period of Two Years and before the end of the Period of Five Years, broken out by an appropriate geographic area, such as a development plan area(Reserved); (v) the actual lateral length for each Well described in the Period of Two Years, the anticipated lateral length for each Planned Well described in the Period of Two Years and initial assumptions for the planned lateral length for each Planned Well anticipated to be producing after the Period of Two Years and before the end of the Period of Five Years; (vi) the number of rigs that Producer intends to operate in the Dedication Area each year during the Period of Five Years (including sufficient detail regarding the anticipated location of such rigs to allow Midstream Co to determine which Individual System would be impacted by such rig activity); (vii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date of each frac, the quantity of fresh water Fresh Water required to complete such frac and an indication of the type of frac to be performed (slick, hybrid gel, gel, etc); (viii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date on which Midstream Co may initiate construction or other development activities at the Well or Separator Facility in order to complete the interconnection into the Individual System; (ix) each Water Source, the amount of Fresh Water anticipated to be obtained therefrom, the first delivery date and the rate of flow from each such Water Source; and (ixx) such other information as may be reasonably requested by Midstream Co with respect to Xxxxx and Separator Facilities that Producer intends to drill or from for which Producer intends expects to deliver Product require Fresh Water during the Period of Two Years and the Period of Five Years. To the extent possible, any information Producer is required to provide under this Section 3.1(b) with respect to Xxxxx or Separator Facilities shall also include such information related to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator FacilitiesXxxxx. In addition, if appropriate to provide a complete and accurate Development Report, any information requested with respect to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities shall also be provided with respect to existing Xxxxx or Separator FacilitiesXxxxx.

Development Report Content. With respect to the Dedication Area, the Development Reports shall include information as to: (i) the Xxxxx that Producer expects will be drilled during the period covered thereby (eacheach such Well reflected in such Development Report, a “Planned Well”) and Separator Facilities (each, a “Planned Separator Facility”) that Producer expects to drill or install during ); forward looking production estimates for the applicable Period time period covered by such Development Report for all Gas produced from each Well and Planned Well; and estimates of Two Years, including the expected locations, completion dates thereof portion of such production that is anticipated (which completion dates shall not x) to be earlier than trucked to a Third Party Truck Unload Facility and (y) to need polishing and additional treatment (such portion of total production from the applicable Target On-Line Dates)Dedicated Area, the expected spud dates of such Planned Xxxxx, and dates flow is anticipated to initiate from such Xxxxx“Dedicated Production Estimates”); (ii) the anticipated Oil Quality characteristics of the production from any Well the Xxxxx and Separator Facility Planned Xxxxx (including gas and liquids content and gas and liquids composition) that will be trucked and may require processing and the projected Crude Oil production volumes applicable thereto; (A) each new receipt point (including the location thereof) proposed by Producer with respect to the Dedicated Production Estimate reflected in such Development Report (each such receipt point, a “Planned Receipt Point”) and (B) each Receipt Point or Planned Receipt Point at which Producer expects to produce during Tender Crude Oil reflected in such Development Report into the applicable Period of Two Years; (iii) the Receipt Points and Delivery Points (including proposed receipt points and delivery points not yet agreed in writing among the Parties) at which Product produced from each Well is to be delivered by or redelivered to Producer during the applicable Period of Two YearsSystem; (iv) (A) each new delivery point (including the number of location thereof) proposed by Producer with respect to the Dedicated Production Estimate reflected in such Development Report (each such delivery point, a “Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities anticipated Delivery Point”), (B) each Delivery Point at which Producer expects to nominate Producer Processed Crude Oil produced from the Dedicated Production Estimate reflected in such Development Report to be producing after redelivered to Producer, and (C) the Period estimated volumes of Two Years and before Producer Processed Crude Oil produced from the end of the Period of Five Years, broken out by an appropriate geographic area, Dedicated Production Estimate contained in such as a development plan areaDevelopment Report that Producer expects to nominate to each such Delivery Point; (v) the actual lateral length for earliest date on which each Well described Planned Receipt Point and Planned Delivery Point included in the Period of Two Years, the anticipated lateral length for each Planned Well described in the Period of Two Years and initial assumptions for the planned lateral length for each Planned Well anticipated Development Report is required by Producer to be producing placed into service, which date shall not be earlier than three Months after the Period of Two Years and before January 1st that is immediately subsequent to the end of date that the Period of Five Years;Development Report that initially reflected such Planned Receipt Point or Planned Delivery Point was delivered to Midstream Co hereunder; and (vi) the number of rigs that Producer intends to operate in the Dedication Area each year during the Period of Five Years (including sufficient detail regarding the anticipated location of such rigs to allow Midstream Co to determine which Individual System would be impacted by such rig activity); (vii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date of each frac, the quantity of fresh water required to complete such frac and an indication of the type of frac to be performed (slick, hybrid gel, gel, etc); (viii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date on which Midstream Co may initiate construction or other development activities at the Well or Separator Facility in order to complete the interconnection into the Individual System; and (ix) such other information as may be reasonably requested by Midstream Co with respect that is relevant to Xxxxx the design, construction, and Separator Facilities that Producer intends to drill operation of the System, including (A) any expansion of the System proposed or from which Producer intends to deliver Product during requested by Producer, (B) the Period of Two Years and Period of Five Years. To the extent possible, any information Producer is required to provide under this Section 3.1(b) with respect to Xxxxx or Separator Facilities shall also include such information related to Planned Xxxxx relevant Receipt Point and Planned Separator Facilities. In addition, if appropriate Receipt Point facilities applicable to provide a complete and accurate such Development Report, any information requested with respect to Planned Xxxxx and (C) the relevant Delivery Point and Planned Separator Facilities Delivery Point facilities applicable to such Development Report; provided that in no event shall also (x) pricing, budget, hedging or similar financial information or (y) information that is covered by a confidentiality agreement or confidentiality obligations be provided supplied to Midstream Co. Producer may deliver to Midstream Co, from time to time, an amendment to any Development Report previously delivered to Midstream Co in accordance with respect to existing Xxxxx or Separator FacilitiesSection 3.1(a).

With respect to the Dedication Area, the Development Reports shall include information as to: (i) the Xxxxx (each, a “Planned Well”) and Separator Facilities (each, a “Planned Separator Facility”) that Producer expects to drill or install during the applicable Period of Two YearsYears (each, a “Planned Well”), including the expected locations, locations and expected completion dates thereof (which completion dates shall not be earlier than the applicable Target On-Line Dates), the expected spud dates of such Planned Xxxxxthereof, and dates flow is anticipated the earliest date on which Fresh Water will be required for the Purposes at each Planned Well, and the earliest date on which Fresh Water will be required to initiate from such Xxxxxbe stored at a Planned Retention Facility or other storage location; (ii) the anticipated Oil Quality volumes of the production from any Fresh Water that will be required for each Planned Well and Separator Facility the volumes of Fresh Water that Producer expects will be required to produce during the applicable Period of Two Yearsbe stored at each Planned Retention Facility; (iii) the Receipt Points and Delivery Points (including proposed receipt points and delivery points not yet agreed in writing among the Parties) at which Product produced from each Well Fresh Water is to be delivered to or delivered by or redelivered to Producer during the applicable Period of Two YearsYears (including the proposed locations of any Receipt Points for Planned Xxxxx); (iv) the number of Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities anticipated to be producing after the Period of Two Years and before the end of the Period of Five Years, broken out by an appropriate geographic area, such as a development plan area(Reserved); (v) the actual lateral length for each existing Well described in the Period of Two YearsDevelopment Report, the anticipated lateral length for each Planned Well described in planned for the Period of Two Years and initial assumptions for the planned lateral length for each Planned Well anticipated to be producing after the Period of Two Years and before the end of the Period of Five Years; (vi) the number of rigs that Producer intends to anticipates it will operate in the Dedication Area each year Year during the Period of Five Years (including reasonably sufficient detail regarding the anticipated location of such rigs to allow Midstream Co to determine which Individual System would be impacted by such rig activity); (vii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date of each frac, the anticipated quantity of fresh water Fresh Water required to complete such frac each frac, and an indication of the type of water required for each frac to be performed (slick, hybrid gel, gel, etc.); (viii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date on which Midstream Co may initiate construction or other development activities at the each Well or Separator Facility in order to complete the interconnection into the Individual System; (ix) each Water Source, the amount of Fresh Water anticipated to be obtained therefrom, the first delivery date and the rate of flow from each such Water Source; (x) any other information that Producer believes will reasonably assist Midstream Co with the System Plan; and (ixxi) such other information as may be reasonably requested by Midstream Co Co, and that Producer reasonably has access to or already has in its possession, with respect to Xxxxx and Separator Facilities that Producer intends to drill or from for which Producer intends expects to deliver Product require Fresh Water during the Period of Two Years and the Period of Five Years. To the extent possible, any information Producer is required to provide under this Section 3.1(b) with respect to Xxxxx or Separator Facilities shall also include such information related to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator FacilitiesXxxxx. In addition, if appropriate to provide a complete and accurate Development Report, any information requested with respect to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities shall also be provided with respect to existing Xxxxx or Separator FacilitiesXxxxx.

With respect to the Dedication Area, the Development Reports shall include information as to: (i) the Xxxxx (each, a “Planned Well”) and Separator Facilities (each, a “Planned Separator Facility”) that Producer expects to drill or install during the applicable Period of Two Years, including the expected locations, locations and expected completion dates thereof (which completion dates shall not be earlier than the applicable Target On-Line Dates), the expected spud dates date of each such Planned XxxxxWell, and dates the date by which flow is anticipated to initiate from each such XxxxxWell; (ii) the anticipated Oil Quality of the production Product content from any Well and Separator Facility that Producer expects to produce during the applicable Period of Two Years; (iii) the Receipt Points and Delivery Points (including proposed receipt points and delivery points not yet agreed in writing among the Parties) at which Product produced from each Well or Separator Facility is to be delivered by disposed of or redelivered to Producer during the applicable Period of Two YearsYears (including the proposed locations of any Receipt Points for Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities); (iv) the number of Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities anticipated to be producing after the Period of Two Years and before the end of the Period of Five Years, broken out by an appropriate geographic area, such as a development plan area; (v) the actual lateral length for each existing Well described in the Period of Two YearsDevelopment Report, the anticipated lateral length for each Planned Well described in planned for the Period of Two Years and initial assumptions for the planned lateral length for each Planned Well anticipated to be producing after the Period of Two Years and before the end of the Period of Five Years; (vi) the number of rigs that Producer intends to anticipates it will operate in the Dedication Area each year Year during the Period of Five Years (including reasonably sufficient detail regarding the NAI-1509460209v15 anticipated location of such rigs to allow Midstream Co to determine which Individual System would be impacted by such rig activity); (vii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date of each frac, the anticipated quantity of fresh water required to complete such each frac and an indication of the type of water required for each frac to be performed (slick, hybrid gel, gel, etc.); (viii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date on which Midstream Co may initiate construction or other development activities at the each Well or Separator Facility in order to complete the interconnection into the Individual System; (ix) any other information that Producer believes will reasonably assist Midstream Co with the System Plan; and (ixx) such other information as may be reasonably requested by Midstream Co and that Producer reasonably has access to or already has in its possession, with respect to Xxxxx and Separator Facilities that Producer intends to drill or from which Producer intends to deliver Product during the Period of Two Years and Period of Five Years. To the extent possible, any information Producer is required to provide under this Section 3.1(b) with respect to Xxxxx or Separator Facilities shall also include such information related to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities. In addition, if appropriate to provide a complete and accurate Development Report, any information requested with respect to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities shall also be provided with respect to existing Xxxxx or and Separator Facilities.

With respect to the Dedication Area, the Development Reports shall include information as to: (i) the Xxxxx (each, a “Planned Well”) and Separator Facilities (each, a “Planned Separator Facility”) that Producer expects to drill or install during the applicable Period of Two Years, including the expected locations, locations and expected completion dates thereof (which completion dates shall not be earlier than the applicable Target On-Line Dates), the expected spud dates date of each such Planned XxxxxWell, and dates the date by which flow is anticipated to initiate from each such XxxxxWell; (ii) the anticipated Oil Quality of the production Product content from any Well and Separator Facility that Producer expects to produce during the applicable Period of Two Years; (iii) the Receipt Points and Delivery Points (including proposed receipt points and delivery points not yet agreed in writing among the Parties) at which Product produced from each Well or Separator Facility is expected to be delivered by disposed of or (after completion of the Services related to cleaning, treating and recycling) redelivered to Producer during the applicable Period of Two YearsYears (including the proposed locations of any Receipt Points for Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities); (iv) the number of Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities anticipated to be producing after the Period of Two Years and before the end of the Period of Five Years, broken out by an appropriate geographic area, such as a development plan area; (v) the actual lateral length for each existing Well described in the Period of Two YearsDevelopment Report, the anticipated lateral length for each Planned Well described in planned for the Period of Two Years and initial assumptions for the planned lateral length for each Planned Well anticipated to be producing after the Period of Two Years and before the end of the Period of Five Years; (vi) the number of rigs that Producer intends to anticipates it will operate in the Dedication Area each year Year during the Period of Five Years (including reasonably sufficient detail regarding the anticipated location of such rigs to allow Midstream Co to determine which Individual System would be impacted by such rig activity); (vii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date of each frac, the anticipated quantity of fresh water required to complete such frac each frac, and an indication of the type of water required for each frac to be performed (slick, hybrid gel, gel, etc); (viii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date on which Midstream Co may initiate construction or other development activities at the each Well or Separator Facility in order to complete the interconnection into the Individual System; (ix) any other information that Producer believes will reasonably assist Midstream Co with the System Plan; and (ixx) such other information as may be reasonably requested by Midstream Co Co, and that Producer reasonably has access to or already has in its possession, with respect to Xxxxx and Separator Facilities that Producer intends to drill or from which Producer intends to deliver Product during the Period of Two Years and Period of Five Years. To the extent possible, any information Producer is required to provide under this Section 3.1(b) with respect to Xxxxx or Separator Facilities shall also include such information related to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities. In addition, if appropriate to provide a complete and accurate Development Report, any information requested with respect to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities shall also be provided with respect to existing Xxxxx or and Separator Facilities.

Development Report Content. With respect to the Dedication Area, the Development Reports shall include information as to: (i) the Xxxxx (each, a “Planned Well”) and Separator Facilities (each, a “Planned Separator Facility”) that Producer expects to drill or install during the applicable Period of Two Years, including the expected locations, completion dates thereof (which completion dates shall not be earlier than the applicable Target On-Line Dates), the expected spud dates of such Planned Xxxxx, and dates flow is anticipated to initiate from such Xxxxx; (ii) the anticipated Oil Quality Daily volumes, pressures and quality characteristics of the production from any Well and Separator Facility that Producer expects to produce during the applicable Period of Two Years; (iii) the Receipt Points and Delivery Points (including proposed receipt points and delivery points not yet agreed in writing among the Parties) at which Product produced from each Well is to be delivered by or redelivered to Producer during the applicable Period of Two Years; (iv) the number of Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities anticipated to be producing after the Period of Two Years and before the end of the Period of Five Years, broken out by an appropriate geographic area, such as a development plan area; (v) the actual lateral length for each Well described in the Period of Two Years, the anticipated lateral length for each Planned Well described in the Period of Two Years and initial assumptions for the planned lateral length for each Planned Well anticipated to be producing after the Period of Two Years and before the end of the Period of Five Years; (vi) the number of rigs that Producer intends to operate in the Dedication Area each year during the Period of Five Years (including sufficient detail regarding the anticipated location of such rigs to allow Midstream Co to determine which Individual System would be impacted by such rig activity); (vii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date of each frac, the quantity of fresh water required to complete such frac and an indication of the type of frac to be performed (slick, hybrid gel, gel, etc); (viii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date on which Midstream Co may initiate construction or other development activities at the Well or Separator Facility in order to complete the interconnection into the Individual System; and (ix) such other information as may be reasonably requested by Midstream Co with respect to Xxxxx and Separator Facilities that Producer intends to drill or from which Producer intends to deliver Product during the Period of Two Years and Period of Five Years. To the extent possible, any information Producer is required to provide under this Section 3.1(b) with respect to Xxxxx or Separator Facilities shall also include such information related to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities. In addition, if appropriate to provide a complete and accurate Development Report, any information requested with respect to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities shall also be provided with respect to existing Xxxxx or Separator Facilities.

To the extent possible, any information Producer is required to provide under this Section 3.1(b) with respect to Xxxxx or Separator Facilities shall also include such information related to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities. In addition, if appropriate to provide a complete and accurate Development Report, any information requested with respect to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities shall also be provided with respect to existing Xxxxx or and Separator Facilities.

To the extent possible, any information Producer is required to provide under this Section 3.1(b) with respect to Xxxxx or Separator Facilities shall also include such information related to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities. With respect to the Dedication Area, the Development Reports shall include information as to: (i) the Xxxxx (each, a “Planned Well”) and Separator Facilities (each, a “Planned Separator Facility”) that Producer expects to drill will be drilled or install installed during the applicable Period of Two Three Years, including the expected locations, completion dates thereof (which completion dates shall not be earlier than the applicable Target On-Line Dates), the expected spud dates of such Planned Xxxxx, and the dates flow is anticipated to initiate from such Xxxxx, and forward looking production estimates for the applicable Period of Three Years; (ii) the anticipated Oil Quality of the production from any Well and Separator Facility that Producer expects to produce during the applicable Period of Two Three Years; (iii) the earliest date on which one or more Xxxxx are expected to be fractured, if applicable; (iv) the Receipt Points Point(s) and Delivery Points Point(s) (including proposed receipt points and delivery points not yet agreed included in writing among the Partiesapplicable Agreement Addendum) at which Product Gas produced from each Well such Xxxxx is to be delivered by or redelivered to Producer during the applicable Period of Two YearsProducer; (ivv) the earliest date on which one or more Xxxxx or Separator Facilities, as applicable, are expected to be completed and ready to be placed on-line, which date shall not be earlier than the Target On-line Date; (vi) the number of Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities anticipated to be producing after the Period of Two Three Years and before the end of the Period of Five Years, broken out by an appropriate geographic area, such as a development plan area; (v) the actual lateral length for each Well described in the Period of Two Years, the anticipated lateral length for each Planned Well described in the Period of Two Years and initial assumptions for the planned lateral length for each Planned Well anticipated to be producing after the Period of Two Years and before the end of the Period of Five Years; (vivii) the number of rigs that Producer intends to operate in the Dedication Area each year during the Period of Five Years (including sufficient detail regarding the anticipated location of such rigs to allow Midstream Co Gatherer to determine which Individual System would be impacted by such rig activity); (vii) with respect to the Period of Two Years, the anticipated date of each frac, the quantity of fresh water required to complete such frac and an indication of the type of frac to be performed (slick, hybrid gel, gel, etc); (viii) with respect to the Period of Two Three Years, the anticipated date on which Midstream Co Gatherer may initiate construction or other development activities at the Well or Separator Facility in order to complete the interconnection into the Individual System; and (ix) such other information as may be reasonably requested by Midstream Co Gatherer with respect to Xxxxx and Separator Facilities that Producer intends to drill or from which Producer intends to deliver Product during the Period of Two Three Years and Period of Five Years. To the extent possible, any information Producer is required to provide under this Section 3.1(b) with respect to Xxxxx or Separator Facilities shall also include such information related to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities. In addition, if appropriate to provide a complete and accurate Development Report, any information requested with respect to Planned Xxxxx and Planned Separator Facilities shall also be provided with respect to existing Xxxxx or Separator Facilities.
