Common use of Development Report Clause in Contracts

Development Report. Within the later of (x) 30 Days following the execution and delivery of any new Agreement Addendum and (y) the next applicable quarterly delivery of a Development Report hereunder, Producer shall provide Midstream Co with its First Development Report, which shall describe (i) in detail the planned development, drilling, and production activities relating to the Dedicated Production through the end of the applicable Period of Two Years; and (ii) generally the long-term drilling and production expectations for those project areas in which drilling activity is expected to occur during the applicable Period of Five Years, including the information described in Section 3.1(b). No later than the 15th of each February, May, August, and November of each Year following the date on which the First Development Report is to be delivered, Producer shall provide to Midstream Co an update of the then-current report (the First Development Report, as updated in accordance with the foregoing, the “Development Report”).

No later than the 15th of each February, May, August, and November of each Year following the date on which the First Development Report is to be delivered, Producer shall provide to Midstream Co an update of the then-current report (the First Development Report, as updated in accordance with the foregoing, the “Development Report”).
