Development Reports. Novartis shall provide Infinity with a copy of the Development Plan, as well with updates thereto, promptly after they become available, and shall meet with Infinity at least quarterly to deliver a written and verbal summary of progress under the Development Plan. Specifically, Novartis shall provide Infinity with: (a) strategies for the development of any Licensed Products; (b) progress against the Development Plan and any amendments thereto; and (c) summaries of the results and data related to Development of Licensed Products. Novartis shall consider any comments or suggestions of Infinity regarding the Development Plan.
