Development Requirements within –DH Combining Zones. 1. Development on multi-unit residential, commercial, or industrial zoned property within the –DH Combining Zone shall be reviewed for consistency with standards adopted under Subsection D by Design Review Permit (17.52.030). If the development requires another discretionary permit, such as a Conditional Use or Development Plan Permit, said discretionary permit will satisfy the Design Review Permit requirement. For discretionary projects requiring public hearing, staff shall make a recommendation to the review authority based on the determination of consistency.
