Development Schedule; Completion Sample Clauses
The 'Development Schedule; Completion' clause sets out the timeline and milestones for the completion of a development project. It typically details key dates, phases of work, and the criteria for determining when the project or its components are considered finished. For example, it may specify deadlines for design, construction, and final delivery, as well as procedures for verifying completion. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of project expectations and deadlines, helping to prevent delays and disputes over when obligations have been fulfilled.
