Development Types Clause Samples

The 'Development Types' clause defines the specific categories or forms of development activities that are permitted or contemplated under an agreement. It typically outlines whether the development involves new construction, renovation, expansion, or other forms of property improvement, and may specify the standards or requirements applicable to each type. By clearly delineating the scope of permissible development, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings between parties and ensures that all development activities align with the intended use and expectations set forth in the contract.
