Common use of Development Clause in Contracts

Development. To the best of Lessor’s knowledge, the Improvements constructed, or to be constructed, by Lessee on the Property satisfy or are expected to satisfy all requirements affecting the design, use or characteristics of such Improvements imposed by Lessor under the Lease or otherwise, including a requirement by Lessor for Lessee to comply with any and all applicable provisions of federal, state and local laws, and all agreements with any public entities concerning the Development, as amended from time to time.
