Deviation from Patient Consent Form. At any time following September 30, 2012, without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent, the Borrower will not, and will not suffer or permit the Collection Agent or any Originator to, substitute, alter, modify, or change in any way any of the Patient Consent Forms except in an Immaterial Respect.
