Deviation in the Technology Sample Clauses

Deviation in the Technology. In the event the Technology, or any part thereof, deviates from the requirements set forth in Appendix 1, the Licensor shall, if such deviation is discovered within three hundred and sixty five (365) days after Job1, remedy such deviation as soon as possible at the Licensor’s own cost.
