Deviation Requests Clause Samples

A Deviation Requests clause establishes the process by which a party may formally request permission to depart from specific terms or requirements set out in the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the procedure for submitting a request, the information that must be provided, and the criteria or authority for approving or denying such requests. By providing a structured mechanism for handling exceptions, the clause ensures flexibility while maintaining control and oversight, thereby preventing unauthorized deviations and promoting transparency in contract administration.
