Common use of Device Agents Clause in Contracts

Device Agents. During the term of the Agreement, Customer may use any software provided by Impero as part of the Services and may install Device Agents on its users’ systems as necessary to receive the benefit of the Services. Device Agents may be subject to additional terms, including third party terms applicable to use of app stores for mobile devices. Customer is responsible for all use of Device Agents in connection with the Services. Fees for Device Agents will be specified on the Service Order where applicable.
