Common use of Device Encryption Clause in Contracts

Device Encryption. 3.7.25.1 Device Encryption is provided by 3rd Party Solution. 3.7.25.2 Only Endpoints listed in Goods will be encrypted 3.7.25.3 It is the Customers responsibly to retain the password for the encrypted device. EPX will not store this information. For the avoidance of doubt, if the password is lost for an encrypted device, there is no way for EPX to recover the device with losing all the data.
