Device Identification Clause Samples

The Device Identification clause establishes requirements for uniquely identifying devices involved in the agreement or covered by its terms. Typically, this involves specifying serial numbers, model numbers, or other unique identifiers for each device, ensuring that all parties can clearly distinguish which devices are subject to the contract. This clause is essential for preventing confusion or disputes over which equipment is included, thereby ensuring clarity and accountability in the management or transfer of devices.
Device Identification. Student devices will be labeled in the manner specified by the school. Devices can be identified in the following ways:  Record of serial number and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ID tag  Individual user account name and password  Device name as entered in the Windows operating system software
Device Identification. All devices contain an LPSS asset tag number, a manufacturer’s service tag or serial number, and a student identification label. This information will be used to identify the device and the student who is assigned to the device.  The student must not remove or interfere with identification placed on the device.  If the asset tag, serial number, or student identification label begins to detach from the device, the student should report it immediately to school authorities.  LPSS has the ability to track each device with GPS tracking software.

Device Identification. For each Device that Subscriber desires CalAmp to activate for Authorized End Users, Subscriber will notify CalAmp. Activated Devices will be monitored by the CalAmp ▇▇▇▇ system and each Device will, upon activation, will automatically become subject to, and a part of, this Agreement.
