Device Installation Orders Terms. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply to any and all Device installation orders for Devices submitted to Novadaq, and shall supersede any different or additional terms on Device installation orders or other documents of either Party. Any such different or additional terms are of no force or effect.
