Common use of Device Sales Clause in Contracts

Device Sales. Exhibit A may provide for the sale of point of care or instant testing devices (“Devices”). Device sales are final unless otherwise approved by Laboratory. Approved returns must be accompanied by all documentation required by Laboratory to process returns. Devices must be stored and used in accordance with applicable product labeling and instructions.
