Common use of Devotion of Services Clause in Contracts

Devotion of Services. Employee shall be a full-time employee of Company during the term of this Agreement. Employee shall not participate in any activities which may interfere with his duties hereunder and/or which are competitive with Employer's activities (except as the owner of less than 2% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of a publicly traded corporation). Employee shall perform and discharge well and faithfully those duties assigned him by Company.
