Devotion of Services. Employee shall devote his entire -------------------- productive time, ability and attention exclusively to the business of Company during the term of this Agreement, except for passive investments, charitable and non-profit enterprises and any other business investments which do not interfere with his duties hereunder and which are not competitive with Employer's activities (except as the owner of less than 2% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of a publicly traded corporation). Employee shall perform and discharge well and faithfully those duties assigned him by Company.
