Common use of Devotion of Services Clause in Contracts

Devotion of Services. Employee agrees that during the term of his or her employment with the Company, Employee will not engage in any other employment, occupation, consulting or other business activity directly related to the business in which the Company is now involved or becomes involved during the term of his or her employment, nor will he or she engage in any other activities that conflict with his or her obligations to the Company without the express written consent of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
