Devotion of Time; Additional Activities. (a) Asset Manager and its Affiliated Entities may in their sole discretion contract with or be engaged by other parties to provide the same or substantially similar services as set forth herein without notice to or consent of NRE. (b) Asset Manager and its Affiliated Entities will provide NRE with appropriate personnel and will provide NRE with executive management team members upon request. Neither Asset Manager nor any of its Affiliated Entities is obligated to dedicate any of its personnel exclusively to NRE, nor is Asset Manager or any of its Affiliated Entities or any of their personnel obligated to dedicate any specific portion of its or their time to NRE.
