DEVOTION OF TIME TO EMPLOYMENT. The Employee shall devote such time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company as is reasonably necessary to carry out his duties hereunder, provided, however, the Employee shall devote no less than forty (40) hours per week to his duties hereunder.
