DFA Satisfaction Amount. 14.1.4.1 The DFA Satisfaction Amount shall become due to Developer on the date that: (a) the Substantial Completion Date has occurred; and (b) Developer has, pursuant to the terms of Exhibit 23 (Developer Financing Arrangements) extended the DFA Loan to the Authority in an amount equal to the DFA Satisfaction Amount.
