DHCRC Compliance. DHCRC will comply with the HIPAA Rules in undertaking the Project with the User and providing access to the Limited Data Set to the User under this Agreement. Further, DHCRC will not request that the User access, use, or disclose the Limited Data Set in a manner that violates HIPAA or any other applicable law, or would violate applicable law if done by DHCRC or one of its clients.
