Common use of Different Denominations Clause in Contracts

Different Denominations. This Debenture is exchangeable for an equal aggregate principal amount of Debentures of different authorized denominations, as requested by the Holder surrendering the same; provided that, each such Debenture shall be in denominations of at least $500,000 or a higher integral multiple of $100,000 (or if less, the principal amount outstanding of the Debenture being exchanged). No service charge will be payable for such registration of transfer or exchange.
