Common use of Different Denominations Clause in Contracts

Different Denominations. This Debenture is exchangeable for an equal aggregate principal amount of Debentures of different authorized denominations, as requested by the Holder surrendering the same; provided that, each such Debenture shall be in denominations of at least $500,000 or a higher integral multiple of $100,000 (or if less, the principal amount outstanding of the Debenture being exchanged). No service charge will be payable for such registration of transfer or exchange.

Different Denominations. This Debenture is exchangeable for an equal aggregate principal amount of Debentures of different authorized denominationsdenominations (but always in multiples of $1,000, unless the aggregate principal amount owed hereunder is less than $1,000), as requested by the Holder surrendering the same; provided that, each such Debenture shall be in denominations of at least $500,000 or a higher integral multiple of $100,000 (or if less, the principal amount outstanding of the Debenture being exchanged). No service charge will be payable for such registration of transfer or exchange.

Different Denominations. This Debenture is exchangeable for an equal aggregate principal amount of Debentures of different authorized denominationsdenominations of not less than the lesser of $2,000,000 or the face amount of this Debenture, as requested by the Holder surrendering the same; provided that, each such Debenture shall be in denominations of at least $500,000 or a higher integral multiple of $100,000 (or if less, the principal amount outstanding of the Debenture being exchanged). No service charge will be payable for such registration of transfer or exchange.
