Common use of Different Denominations Clause in Contracts

Different Denominations. This Note is exchangeable for an equal aggregate principal amount of Note of different authorized denominations, as requested by the Holder surrendering the same; provided, that the minimum principal amount of any replacement Note shall be $25,000.00. No service charge will be payable for such registration of transfer or exchange.
