Different Provisions for Specific Compounds. Both Parties accept that certain terms herein including, but not limited to, those respecting confidentiality and inventions, may need to be modified for a specific Project SOW. Provided that any such modified terms are set forth in a Project SOW, those terms shall control over any terms herein (solely for that Project SOW) notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Master Agreement.
