Differentiation of Products. From and after the Closing, and as promptly as commercially practicable, Buyer shall institute appropriate procedures to ensure that products and goods of the Business, the Products and the Purchased Assets manufactured, finished or sold by, or on behalf of, Buyer can be distinguished from products and goods of the Business manufactured, finished or sold by, or on behalf of, Seller and its Affiliates.
