Digital Distribution Approval Process. Without limiting anything contained in Section 4.3(a), the following additional procedures will apply to any Licensee request for approval of, and any Licensor determination as to whether it will approve, any Sublicensing Arrangement relating to digital distribution of the Licensed Content:
