Common use of Diligence Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Diligence Cooperation. The Company shall reasonably cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review requested by the Sales Agent or its counsel from time to time in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby or any Terms Agreement, including, without limitation, on or about each Primary Delivery Date and each Secondary Delivery Date, providing information and making available appropriate documents and appropriate corporate officers of the Company and, upon reasonable request, representatives of Deloitte & Touche LLP.
