Common use of Diligence in Pursuit of Closing Clause in Contracts

Diligence in Pursuit of Closing. Each of the parties hereto shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill their respective obligations hereunder and under the other Transaction Documents, and shall reasonably cooperate with the other parties in regard to the same in order to effect the Closing.
