Common use of Dilution of Common Units Clause in Contracts

Dilution of Common Units. Upon the issuance of Common Units to an entity that is not an Affiliate of CII, and upon the issuance of Common Units to employees of the Company in their capacity as employees, all Common Units will be diluted on a proportional basis with the existing Class A Common Units.
