Common use of DIR Monitoring, Enforcement, and Registration Clause in Contracts

DIR Monitoring, Enforcement, and Registration. This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5, and, subject to the exception set forth below, Contractor and any subcontractors must be registered with the DIR to perform public works projects. The registration requirements of Labor Code section 1725.5 do not apply if the Contract Price is for under $25,000.
