DIR Registration. In accordance with Labor Code Section 1720, et seq., the Service Provider shall register with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) for this project and pay at least the prevailing wages on services/work aspects where a prevailing wage applies. Such services and/or work aspects include, but are not limited to, the Service Provider or its sub-consultant’s provision of geotechnical studies, potholing involving digging, site surveying and/or construction IOR services as defined by the DIR.
