Common use of Direct Benefit Clause in Contracts

Direct Benefit. The initial Borrowing hereunder and all additional Borrowings are for the direct benefit of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries. The Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries shall engage in the business of oil and gas exploration, enhanced oil recovery operations and related activities and certain other legal business purposes, and any benefits to the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries is a benefit to all of them, both directly and indirectly.
