Common use of Direct Benefit Clause in Contracts

Direct Benefit. The Borrowings hereunder are or will be, as applicable, for the direct benefit of the Borrower. The Borrower and each of the Guarantors are engaged as an integrated group in the business of oil and gas exploration and related fields, and any benefits to any such Obligor is a benefit to all of them, both directly or indirectly, inasmuch as the successful operation and condition of any such Obligor is dependent upon the continued successful performance of the functions of the integrated group as a whole.

Direct Benefit. The Borrowings Loans hereunder are or will be, as applicable, for the direct benefit of the Borrower. The Borrower and each of the Guarantors are engaged as an integrated group in the business of oil and gas exploration and related fields, and any benefits to the Borrower or any such Obligor Guarantor is a benefit to all of them, both directly or indirectly, inasmuch as the successful operation and condition of any such Obligor the Borrower and the Guarantors is dependent upon the continued successful performance of the functions of the integrated group as a whole.
