DIRECT CONNECT SERVICE. The terms of this Section will govern your access and use of the Services offered by us made accessible through the Online Banking Service and your use of Direct Connect with Quicken® and QuickBooks® (the “Direct Connect Service”). The Direct Connect Service is an internet based service that is compatible with Direct Connect with Quicken® and QuickBooks®, and enables you access to your Account(s) and to certain electronic Services online. Your use of the Direct Connect Service to access your Account(s) and to facilitate certain Services is as identified in this Section. We reserve the right, without prior written notice to you, to place limits on your right to use the Direct Connect Service at any time and for any reason. Subject to our prior approval, your Direct Connect Service may include the following: (i) download balances on your linked Accounts; (ii) download Account transaction history; (iii) transfer funds between linked Accounts (limited to Accounts with like vesting); and (iv) initiate domestic Bill Payments. Additional Services may be added to or removed by us from time to time as reflected in the supporting documents or any related agreements for the Direct Connect Service, if any. Client may stop payment on a check by providing Bank with timely, complete and accurate information on the account number, date of the item, item number, payee and the exact amount (in dollars and cents) of the item. If any information is incomplete or incorrect, Bank will not be responsible for failing to stop payment on the item. Requests become effective when Bank has had a reasonable opportunity to confirm their receipt and have verified that the item has not been paid. Client may use the Online Banking Services to stop payment on checks that Client has written against Client’s Accounts. To confirm whether a stop payment has been placed on a check, Client agrees to communicate with Bank by telephone. System messages regarding Bank’s receipt of Client’s stop payment order, or other system communications may not be relied on by Client to confirm whether a stop payment order has been placed. Client may not use this check stop payment service to stop payment on any electronic fund transfer (EFT) transaction, point-of-sale EFT transfer; any cashier’s check, certified check or other official institution check that have purchased from Bank or any check which Bank has guaranteed. DIRECT CONNECT SERVICE. The pricing and terms outlined here apply to the Direct Connect Service installation (an ISO 8583 format lease line), such service defined as the “COMPANY DCS”, between TSYS’ authorization system and COMPANY’s Transaction Central platform.
DIRECT CONNECT SERVICE. 3.1 The point of connection for the IP Direct Connect Service (Release 1.0) is the IP address in the public internet which will be notified by ICUK to the Company. ICUK’s responsibility does not extend to the transport between this point and the End User or to any equipment in operation beyond this point, both of which shall be the responsibility of the Company. The point of connection for the IP Direct Connect Service (Release 2.0) is the pre-configured router to be provided by ICUK to the End User. ICUK’s responsibility does not extend to any equipment beyond this router, any or all of which shall be the responsibility of the Company. 3.2 ICUK does not issue the IP address to be used with this service. Access to and use of this address is controlled by the internet authorities and its use is subject to any rules which they may prescribe. ICUK reserves the right to withdraw or change this address if for any reason the address ceases to be available. 3.3 All Charges due to ICUK for traffic routed via the IP address to be used with this service shall be paid in full by the Company by the due date notwithstanding that they may have arisen from unauthorised, fraudulent or illegal use (except for fraud on the part of ICUK or its employees acting in the course of their employment) and whether or not they derive from installation and access arrangements which have been authorised by ICUK. 3.4 ICUK reserves the right to increase the Charges for this service on seven days written notice to the Company in the event that any change in applicable law or regulations results in additional costs being incurred by ICUK. 3.5 Service will not commence until in the opinion of ICUK adequate and satisfactory testing has been concluded. 3.6 Where an A number is being presented: 3.6.1 The Company must ensure that the A Number is of a national significant format, is allocated to the End User and that such End User possesses all necessary permissions in respect of the lines in question; 3.6.2 The Company must ensure that where the A Number is not allocated to the End User, it has written consent from the allocated owner for its use as an A Number and that such consent has not been withdrawn; 3.6.3 The Company must ensure that under the terms of the CLI code of practice the A Number must be a number that is allocated to a Customer or End User, is in use, connected to a terminal and capable of receiving calls; 3.6.4 The Company acknowledges that ICUK has the right to suspend / with...

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service and Capacity Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection. 1.3.2 This Agreement does not constitute an agreement to purchase or deliver the Interconnection Customer’s power. The purchase or delivery of power and other services that the Interconnection Customer may require will be covered under separate agreements, if any, or applicable provisions of NYISO’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariffs. The Interconnection Customer will be responsible for separately making all necessary arrangements (including scheduling) for delivery of electricity in accordance with the applicable provisions of the ISO OATT and Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff. The execution of this Agreement does not constitute a request for, nor agreement to, provide Energy, any Ancillary Services or Installed Capacity under the NYISO Services Tariff or any Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff. If Interconnection Customer wishes to supply or purchase Energy, Installed Capacity or Ancillary Services, then Interconnection Customer will make application to do so in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Internet Connection Certain Solutions may require an active and stable connection to the Internet in order to function. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you have at all times an active and stable Internet connection.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • Contract Services The Provider Agency shall provide services to eligible persons in accordance with all specifications contained in this Contract.
