Direct Interconnection. 4.5.1.1 Where the Parties utilize Direct Interconnection for the exchange of traffic between their respective networks, each Party will calculate terminating interconnection minutes of use based on standard Automatic Message Accounting (AMA) recordings made within each Party’s network. These recordings are the basis for each Party to generate bills to the other Party. For purposes of reciprocal compensation only, measurement of minutes of use over Local Interconnection Trunk Groups shall be in actual conversation seconds. The total conversation seconds over each individual Local Interconnection Trunk Group will be totaled for the entire monthly xxxx and then rounded to the next whole minute.

Direct Interconnection. The Parties will directly connect to each other when interconnection facilities are established utilizing a type 2A or type 2B two-way facility. Both Parties will accept this traffic subject to the compensation arrangements as outlined in Attachment I, Section 2 below. These facilities will be provided with SS7 signaling.
Direct Interconnection. Facilities provide a Trunk Side connection between the CMRS Provider’ network and the Telephone Company’s network. Direct Interconnection facilities provide the capability for either or both Parties to terminate Traffic to the other Parties’ network.
Direct Interconnection. Where, and to the extent sound engineering practice suggests the use of direct interconnection, the Parties agree to establish such direct interconnection between their networks as described below:
Direct Interconnection. Carrier and VZW shall interconnect their respective networks via the installation of direct interconnection facilities when IntraMTA Traffic between a VZW mobile switching office and the Carrier Host Office Switch reaches 240,000 minutes of use per month in aggregate, for three consecutive months. The POI for any direct interconnection between VZW and Carrier shall be the Carrier Host Office Switch.. VZW will accept one hundred percent (100%) of the responsibility to deliver its originated traffic to and receive Carrier-originated traffic from the meet point POI. In return, Carrier agrees to be responsible for one hundred percent (100%) of the responsibility to deliver its originated traffic to and receive VZW-originated traffic from the meet point POI Both Parties will use best efforts to route Local Service Area calls to the other Party over the direct interconnection facilities except in the case of an emergency, temporary equipment failure, or blocking of existing direct interconnection facilities. Each Party will perform local number portability (“LNP”) database queries on its originated traffic prior to routing any of its originated traffic over the direct interconnection facilities, and will only route traffic over the direct interconnection facilities to the extent the local routing number (“LRN”) returned from such queries belongs to the other Party.
Direct Interconnection. For purposes of Direct Interconnection, the Parties agree to physically connect their respective networks, at POI(s) so as to furnish Local, EAS, and ISP-Bound Traffic between Bresnan End User Customers located in the Exchange Areas listed in Exhibit 1, attached hereto, and UBET End User Customers. Bresnan may request additional UBET exchanges for which it is certified by providing notice and the Parties shall negotiate an amendment to this Agreement. This Agreement is expressly limited to the transport and termination of Local, EAS, and ISP-Bound Traffic originated and terminated to End User Customers at the POI located at the 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxxx 00, Xxxxxx, Xxxx (“Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx”). Additional POIs may be established as may be mutually agreed upon, provided that any additional POI must be located on the UBET network at a technically feasible point. UBET does not have any obligation to extend its facilities to accommodate an additional POI not physically located on its facilities.
Direct Interconnection. Should the Parties agree to direct interconnection as provided in Section 2.1.1, the Parties shall utilize mutually agreeable IP(s) designated as the points from which the Parties will provide transport and termination of traffic that is within the scope of the Agreement. Each Party will be responsible operationally and financially for the costs of bringing their facilities to their side of the IP and for the delivery to the IP of any traffic that the Party sends to the other Party under the terms of this Agreement. Where mutually beneficial to the Parties, they may agree to provision voluntary arrangements not otherwise required under Applicable Law.

Direct Interconnection. 1.1. Direct Interconnection facilities provide a trunk side connection between the Parties' networks. In the event the Parties agree to establish a Direct Interconnection, the Parties will establish one POI per LATA, at a mutually agreeable point, for each TDS Telecom company covered under this Agreement. The mutually agreed upon Points of Interconnection for Direct Interconnection are listed in Appendix E. The Parties agree to amend this Agreement to add to the list of Points of Direct Interconnection in Appendix E from time to time, as needed.
Direct Interconnection. 2.1 Point of Interconnection (“POI”). The Parties shall establish at least one POI in each LATA in which they may choose to implement Direct Interconnection. Each POI shall be located at an existing transport meet-point on or near CTCO’s territorial boundary, or at a mutually agreeable point within CTCOs operating territory. Each Party shall be solely responsible for installing and maintaining all transport for all trunk groups specified herein between its switches and the POI, in sufficient quantities and capacities, including any necessary hubbing, multiplexing, cross-connects, or other intermediate transport facilities, to ensure the completion of calls over such trunk groups.
Direct Interconnection. 3.1 Verizon Wireless may request that the Parties establish Direct Interconnection by deploying one (1) or more two-way facilities directly connecting Verizon Wireless’s MSC to Indianhead’s Tandem Office Switch or End Office Switch.
