Common use of Direct Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Direct Negotiations. The Authorized Individuals shall be ------------------- entitled to make such investigation of the Dispute as they deem appropriate, but agree to promptly, and in no event later than 30 days from the date of the Initiating Party's written notice, meet to discuss in good faith a resolution of the Dispute.
