Common use of Direct or Indirect Activities Clause in Contracts

Direct or Indirect Activities. Executive acknowledges and agrees that the covenants contained in this Section 9 prohibit Executive from engaging in certain activities directly or indirectly, whether on Executive’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity, and regardless of the capacity in which Executive is acting, including without limitation as an employee, independent contractor, owner, partner, officer, agent, consultant, or advisor.
