Direct or Indirect Activities. Employee acknowledges and agrees that the covenants contained in this Section 9 prohibit Employee from engaging in certain activities directly or indirectly, whether on Employee’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity, and regardless of the capacity in which Employee is acting, including without limitation as an employee, independent contractor, owner, partner, officer, agent, consultant, or advisor.
