Direct XDR Additional Terms. The following provisions shall apply to Direct Participants: The Direct XDR service is provided to Participants through a Contractor in the form of Software as a Service (“SaaS”). If Participant elects to use the Direct XDR service (“SaaS Service”), Participant shall indemnify EOHHS and Contractor for any damages to Contractor resulting from Participant’s breach of its obligations under this Participant Agreement.
