Direct Xxxx Rollovers From the Plan. Notwithstanding Section 5.5 of the Plan, Participants may only make a direct rollover of a distribution of Xxxx 403(b) Contributions (and earnings thereon) to another 403(b) plan with Xxxx contribution features; to a 401(k) Plan with Xxxx contribution features, or to a Xxxx XXX described in section 408A of the Code, and only to the extent the rollover is permitted under the rules of section 402(c) of the Code.
