Common use of Directed SUB Fund Clause in Contracts

Directed SUB Fund. The Company agrees to implement a self directed Group SUB Fund for employees as follows, effective February 1, 1997. The following contributions shall be made: $500.00 lump sum December 1, 2014 $500.00 lump sum December 1, 2015 $500.00 lump sum December 1, 2016 In addition, the Company will contribute $125.00 per month per eligible employee for each month in which the employee per- forms work for the Company.
