Direction by Manager. (a) Subject to Clause 11.3, the Manager may from time to time direct the Trustee under a Warehouse Trust Direction to acquire from another Trust Receivables and/or Receivable Securities using the proceeds of financial accommodation under a Warehouse Facility Agreement or in consideration of the transfer of any Authorised Investments held by the Warehouse Trust.
(b) The Trustee has power, as trustee of a Trust, to dispose of Receivables and/or Receivable Securities to a Warehouse Trust in accordance with a Supplementary Terms Notice relating to that Trust and that Warehouse Trust.
