Common use of Direction by Required Representatives Clause in Contracts

Direction by Required Representatives. As to any matters not expressly provided for under this Agreement or the other Collateral Documents (including, without limitation, matters relating to enforcement and collection of the Secured Obligations), the Collateral Trustees shall not be required to exercise any discretion or to take any action under this Agreement or the other Collateral Documents, or in respect of the Collateral, but shall be required to act or to refrain from acting (and shall be fully protected in acting or refraining from acting) in accordance with the instructions of the Required Representatives.
