Direction of Servicer Following Certain Events. Subject to any other more specific terms of this Agreement, upon the occurrence and during the continuation of a Servicer Default or Termination Event, the Administrative Agent may direct the Servicer to take all steps and actions permitted to be taken under this Agreement with respect to any Transferred Receivable which the Administrative Agent, in its reasonable discretion, may deem necessary or advisable to negotiate or otherwise realize on any right in connection with the Transferred Assets.
