Common use of Direction to Tenants Clause in Contracts

Direction to Tenants. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, -------------------- Mortgagor shall, at the direction of Mortgagee, further authorize and direct, in writing, the tenant under each Lease to pay directly to, or as directed by, Mortgagee all Rents accruing or due under its Lease without proof to the tenant of the occurrence and continuance of such Event of Default. Mortgagor hereby authorizes the tenant under each Lease to rely upon and comply with any notice or demand from Mortgagee for payment of Rents to Mortgagee and Mortgagor shall have no claim against any tenant for Rents paid by such tenant to Mortgagee pursuant to such notice or demand.
