Common use of Directions by the Subordination Agent Clause in Contracts

Directions by the Subordination Agent. So long as the Subordination Agent is a Noteholder, notwithstanding anything contained herein or in any other Operative Document to the contrary, in exercising its right to vote the Equipment Notes held by it, or in giving or taking any direction, consent, request, demand, instruction, authorization, notice, waiver or other action provided by this Indenture or in respect of the Equipment Notes to be given or taken by a Noteholder (each such vote or other action, a “Direction”) in respect of such Equipment Notes, the Subordination Agent may act in accordance with any votes, directions, consents,
