Common use of DIRECTIONS OF TRUST MANAGER Clause in Contracts

DIRECTIONS OF TRUST MANAGER. The Mortgage Manager must comply with all reasonable directions of the Trustee or the Trust Manager as to the performance by the Mortgage Manager of its obligations under this Agreement. In the absence of any directions from the Trustee or the Trust Manager, the Mortgage Manager must (upon and subject to the terms of this Agreement) exercise its own judgment, skill and discretion in performing its obligations under this Agreement.
