Common use of Directions to Indenture Trustee and Securities Administrator Clause in Contracts

Directions to Indenture Trustee and Securities Administrator. The Indenture Trustee and the Securities Administrator are hereby directed: (i) in the case of the Indenture Trustee, to accept the pledge of the Mortgage Loans and hold the assets of the Trust in trust for the Noteholders; (ii) in the case of the Securities Administrator, to authenticate and deliver the Notes substantially in the form prescribed by Exhibit A to this Indenture in accordance with the terms of this Indenture; and (iii) to take all other actions as shall be required to be taken by the terms of this Indenture.

The Each of the Indenture Trustee and the Securities Administrator are hereby directed: (i) in the case of the Indenture Trustee, to accept the pledge of the Mortgage Loans and hold the assets of the Trust in trust for the NoteholdersLoans; (ii) in the case of the Securities Administrator, to cause the Custodian to hold the assets of the Trust in trust for the Noteholders and to authenticate and deliver the Notes substantially in the form prescribed by Exhibit A Exhibits A-1 through A-2 to this Indenture in accordance with the terms of this Indenture; and (iii) to take all other actions as shall be required to be taken by it under the terms of this Indenture.
