Common use of Directions to Indenture Trustee Clause in Contracts

Directions to Indenture Trustee. The Indenture Trustee is hereby directed: (a) to accept the pledge of the Home Loans and hold the assets of the Owner Trust Estate in trust for the Noteholders; (b) to authenticate and deliver the Notes substantially in the form prescribed by Exhibits A-1 through A-3 in accordance with the terms of this Indenture; and (c) to take all other actions as shall be required to be taken by the terms of this Indenture.

Directions to Indenture Trustee. The Indenture Trustee is hereby directed: (a) to accept the pledge of the Home Mortgage Loans and hold the assets of the Owner Trust Estate in trust for the NoteholdersBondholders; (b) to authenticate and deliver the Notes Bonds substantially in the form prescribed by Exhibits A-1 through A-3 and A-2 in accordance with the terms of this Indenture; and (c) to take all other actions as shall be required to be taken by the terms of this Indenture.

Directions to Indenture Trustee. The Indenture Trustee is hereby directed: (ai) to accept the pledge assignment of the Home Mortgage Loans and hold the assets of the Owner Trust Estate in trust for the Noteholders; (bii) to authenticate issue, execute and deliver the Notes substantially in the form prescribed by Exhibits A-1 through A-3 Exhibit A in accordance with the terms of this Indenture; and (ciii) to take all other actions as shall be required to be taken by the terms of this Indenture.

Directions to Indenture Trustee. The Indenture Trustee is hereby directed: (ai) to accept the pledge of the Home Mortgage Loans and hold the assets of the Owner Trust Estate in trust for the NoteholdersNoteholders and the Note Insurer; (bii) to authenticate and deliver the Notes substantially in the form prescribed by Exhibits A-1 through A-3 A to this Indenture in accordance with the terms of this Indenture; and (ciii) to take all other actions as shall be required to be taken by the terms of this Indenture.

Directions to Indenture Trustee. The Indenture Trustee is hereby directed: (a) to accept the pledge of the Home Mortgage Loans and hold the assets of the Owner Trust Estate in trust for the benefit of the Noteholders; (b) to authenticate and deliver the Notes substantially in the form prescribed by of Exhibits A-1 through A-3 A-1, A-2, A-3, and A-4 hereto in accordance with the terms of this IndentureXxxxxxxxx; andxnd (c) to take all other actions as shall be required to be taken by the terms of this Indenture.
